We enjoy many amenities here including a golf course, club house, health and fitness center, indoor and out door pools, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and bocce courts and a huge community center for social and club activities. This Village Center contains over 71,000 square feet of interior space, all of which is connected by a meandering pedestrian walk adjacent to the lake, streams and waterfalls that border the first golf hole.

Chuck is ready to sell his home and scale down to something smaller and more manageable. He has a beautiful 2234 square foot single family home that he has just put on the market.
