For maximum goodness, opt for 70% dark chocolate and above. this adds more antioxidants to every nibble. I love Lindt chocolates, they have the dark chocolate thins about 70% dark chocolate. It's yummy plus it's thins so easier to control yourself. another good dark chocolate choice is Sevigny de Marquise - you can buy in duty free shops. Ooh la la, it tastes heavenly!!
