Hi there and welcome to our blog. Chuck and I are 76 and 67 respectively. Chuck’s background is from the music field and mine was in education. Chuck and I are both retired now and living our best healthy lifestyle. Maintaining our youth for as long as we can is a priority with us. We head for the gym about 3 times a week and ride our bikes whenever it is warm and sunny. We both eat lots of fish, chicken, fruits and vegetables and take vitamins and supplements to keep our bodies healthy and functioning properly. We both love music, movies and traveling.
Our “Maintaining Youth” site will be focusing on anti-aging lifestyle choices, tips for a joyful and energetic quality of life, healthy diet recommendations, products and services we love and a few personal experiences.
We cannot imagine anyone at any age, particularly in later years, not wanting to defy the aging process as long as possible and maintain their youthful looks and youthful spirit. We both look forward to many happy, healthy and stress free years. We both are following our passion to maintain our youth in mind, body and spirit as long as possible.
